Cliff and I and our families had a fabulous time at our wedding, and we REALLY enjoyed the food. My favorites were the salmon and brownies (wow!), and everything else was great as well. We had lots of compliments, including at least one vote for "best wedding food ever". And everything looked so nice too!
Just as important, it's been a pleasure working with you, from the first time we spoke down to the last dishes you all rinsed. We really enjoyed meeting at your lovely home and brainstorming menu ideas until we had something that sounded delicious and fit in our budget. And then during the months before the wedding, you were always so helpful and so responsive (as I said, I couldn't believe how quickly you replied to emails!!). On the day of the wedding, you folks were a finely-tuned machine-- not only was the food great, your crew was as well, the meal was perfectly timed, and somehow without my even noticing it, you made all the dishes disappear from the tables and end up neatly back in their crates.
