The Following Are Guidelines;
Custom Meals Designed To Please You and Fit Your Budget Are Our Specialty!

Prices are subject to change as the market fluctuates.

We offer tastings from Nov - March.  The price of a tasting is $40 per couple.

If you decide we are the best caterer for you then the payment is applied to your $250 deposit.

 

Appetizers can be passed or buffet.

This menu uses only produce that is grown locally and in season and will ultimately be determined by what is available at the time...

The Deli Buffet - $ 22 per person (minimum 20 people)

Homecooked Sliced Meats/Smoked Fish/Dry Cured Salamies, 3 Cheeses, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, Olives, Condiments and Wholesome Breads

Herbed Garden Potato, Pasta or Green Salad of Choice

Prices are inclusive of food only. Additional charges will apply, including any rentals, beverages, delivery and staffing will be added to the final bill.

Buttercream - Vanilla, Lemon, Chocolate, Coffee Rum

Whipped Cream, Dark Chocolate Ganache, or Cream Cheese 

Homemade Raspberry 'Preserves' for the Dark Chocolate Cake with Ganache

My cakes are less sweet than traditional, which most people prefer. I don't use shortening or artificial ingredients - No Fondant, No Royal Icing; the quality is always top of the line.

Decorations are: organic flowers, fruit or a cake topper
