Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

Located in Mt Hood, Oregon we provide service within the Hood River Valley from Hood River to the slopes of Mt Hood. Service outside the Valley is made by special arrangement.

What are your prices?

Our food prices vary from $18 -$40 per person subject to the menu chosen.
Staff costs are charged at $15 per hour. Service begins 2 hours prior for set up and 2 hours after for clean up. Staff travel time will be added for events outside HR Valley.
Beverages & Desserts (if not part of a package) are charged separately.
A delivery fee of $50 is charged within the valley. Events outside the valley are $125. which covers gas and travel time for my staff.
Our price includes preparation, delivery, set-up, service and clean-up of all catering service areas. Leftovers are packaged for you to take home at your request.
A $250. non-refundable deposit due with signed contract. Second payment of ¾ the total bill due with final head count 14 days prior to the event. The Final Payment is due after the dinner.
Package Prices are a $250. non-refundable deposit due with signed contract, and final payment made 14 days prior to the event. Package prices are an all inclusive set fee, up to the determined number of guests and do not need a final head count as long as it does not exceed the contract total.
Changes to the menu are acceptable up to 14 days before the event. At the two week cutoff changes to the menu may only be made at an additional cost.
Tastings are $40 per couple. If you decide that we are the best caterer for you then the price of the tasting is deducted from the $250 deposit.

How many servers do you provide at my event?

As a general rule, we provide one server for every twenty five people at a buffet, depending on your location and staffing requests.
Family style and plated dinners require one staff for every table.

Do you provide linen, silverware, glassware, tables and chairs?

We do not provide any tableware, linens, tables or chairs. We are glad to assist by directing you to the rental companies or we can handle arrangements for delivery and set up of the tables passing on the cost to you.
We provide all catering related serving equipment.

Do you provide bartenders and servers?

No, we do not handle alcohol service of any kind. We highly recommend Sara Patterson at White Buffalo Wines in Hood River.

If my budget is limited, how may I best utilize your services?

Do you set up and clean up?

We can do all set-up including meeting the rental truck, checking all items in, assemble, dress and tear down the guest’s tables and chairs. You can dictate the table/chair layout plan for our staff or you may do the setup of all the tables and chairs.
We will dress and clear the food service tables, and clean the service/kitchen area, leaving it as we have found it.
Janitorial services, trash cans and trash removal are not included in our services.
We will remove all food waste and any garbage WE generate such as paper, plastic or foil used in food preparation. We do not remove any garbage generated by the wedding party such as bottles, paper napkins, plastic cups, gift wrap, table decorations etc. Please discuss garbage removal with your venue or Wedding Planner.
