Pampered Palette Catering & Baking in Hood River, Oregon is a family business begun in 1997. After years learning in bakeries and restaurants around the Pacific Northwest and a successful wholesale bakery business, I was encouraged to branch out into catering.

My most essential training for becoming a caterer came from

• my love of ethnic cuisines
• a passion for organic gardening and raising our own meat animals,
• our pleasure and contentment in a meal well made and
• joy in entertaining friends

Our commitment is to top quality ingredients, locally and organically grown whenever possible, artistically presented, at prices within your means. The menu will be designed with you for your occasion.
